Rain or ShineYes, Our events cruise 'rain or shine'. In the rare event that Coast Guard prohibits cruising because of extremely severe weather, we will contact guests via email to make arrangements for an alternate cruise date. Normally this is not the case & events will sail as again this is only in cases of extremely severe weather such as hurricanes, where the Coast Guard prohibits cruising for all vessels within New York City. Please advise that all vessels have climate-controlled indoor levels.

Midnight Cruises will begin checking in guests at 10:45pm-11:00pm at the gate by scanning e-tickets and providing them with their boarding passes. The line will begin boarding onto the yacht at approximately 11:45pm and returns approximately at 3:45am. Times are subject to change based on the Coast Guard & Management's discretion for all vessels boarding/disembarking at the marina, however we ask that guests arrive no later than 11:45pm so they will not miss the cruise. Guests that arrive late and miss the event will not receive a refund.

Please advise that there is one line for all guests.

As a large percent of our guests are attending for a Birthday, Bachelorette Party, or College Graduation, please advise that all guests must wait on the same line. There is NO prompt entrance for any guests who are attending for one of these previously menitoned package events. Your e-tickets will tell you which boat you are boarding, but if you need assistance finding the correct line, ask security or the door staff. Please know which vessel you are boarding (example: Harbor Lights Yacht).

This is a 'nightclub' style event, dress appropriately.

    Guests may NOT board with a baseball hat even if they remove their hat at the gate. Guests that arrive with a baseball hat will be asked to leave it in their car or somewhere else, but they may NOT board with a baseball hat and we cannot take responsibility to hold a baseball hat for any guests. If a guest chooses not to remove their baseball hat or leave it in their car then they will be denied entrance. Knit hats & bandanas are also not permitted. Guests will not be allowed to board with hats or bandanas held in their purses or bags for other guests.

    No Shorts or capris of any kind (this includes dress/cargo shorts/capris - absolutely NO shorts or capris). We prefer that gentlemen wear slacks, but jeans will be permitted if neat and not baggy or overly ripped.

    We prefer that Gentlemen wear shoes or neat/neutral-color sneakers, such as 'uptowns' that are solid neutral colors such as all black, white, tan, or grey (please do not wear multi-color / bright-color sneakers). Gentlemen may NOT wear sandals or work boots.

    Ladies may wear heels OR flat shoes, but please advise heels are Not required. Ladies are also permitted to bring an extra pair of flats with them should they prefer to start their night in heels & change into more comfortable flats later on in the evening.

    All Guests must be in a full costume. A Masquerade mask combined with regular attire is not a costume.
    New York City law prohibits the sale of any toy gun that looks real. This means that fake weapons must be colored in a way that looks fake, such as green, orange, red, etc, and must be plastic. Airsoft guns, any and all kinds, regardless of whether or not it is functional, will NOT be permitted. A non-functional airsoft gun with no moving parts is still an airsoft gun, and will NOT be permitted. Any accessory items for a costume such as swords, batons, etc. must be plastic. Sharp accessories, such as real swords, or other real weapons, will not be permitted.

    We have skilled, professional DJs at our events that spin a mix of Mainstream, Top 40, EDM, & Latin . We do NOT allow guests to provide song lists to the DJs as they already have a vast variety of music to spin within the genres of music we designate for our events, as previously mentioned. NO SONG REQUESTS at the event as again we have professionals with a vast assortment of songs already & they will play top dance hits in the previously mentioned genres throughout the evening. The DJs will also already have a list of all birthday and additional VIP shout outs and will shout those names out on the mic throughout the evening, so there are no need for shout our requests.

    Cash BuffetYes, The yacht will have a buffet for sale.The buffet will be on the 1st level and is approximately $15 per plate (+ additional $4 for certain specialty items), via cash only. These prices are subject to change by the caterer
    There is no menu available as the yacht has a private caterer that supplies new freshly made foods daily. The yacht does not have specialty foods on board. This is NOT included in the ticket price & is not a direct feature for our events; this is something that yacht themselves have on the premises. *Guests maynot bring their own food, beverages, or containers onto the cruise.
    *NYPartyCruise does not provide nor hire the caterers that offer this buffet; the buffet is a feature the yacht itself offers for sale.

    No, Guests may NOT bring food or containers of any kind aboard the cruises except for a birthday cake but you must email us at events@nypartycruise.com for approval ahead of time if you would like to bring a birthday cake. As mentioned in the previous question, often there will be food for sale, however regardless whether or not there is a buffet to purchase food, guests may not bring their own food. Guests may NOT bring their own alcohol, beverages, or containers of any kind aboard the cruises.

    Cash Only!NO, the yachts that are used for our Midnight Cruise events are CASH ONLY bars & buffet. Some vessels have ATMs available on board but most Do Not, so it is best to be prepared ahead of time to pay for drinks & food via cash. Although there may be an ATM on board most vessels,

    No, Open Bars are NOT an option on our open-to-the-public Midnight Cruise events. Open Bar packages are only available on private charter cruises for which your guests would be the only guests in attendance.     NO.....ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES - All sales are final! All tickets purchased in relation to a special event within an official cruise event, (for example, tickets purchased in relation to a birthday, bachelorette party, graduation, etc.), for which the guest of honor or organizer chooses to cancel or reschedule, are also non-refundable. Our events will occur whether rain or shine. In the rare event that the Coast Guard prohibits cruising because of extremely severe weather, we will contact you with the exchange date for the event. There are no refunds should the party continue to take place on the yacht while remaining at the dock due to severe wind conditions &/or technical issues if so designated by the captain, management, or Coast Guard.

    Tickets for Midnight Cruises normally start at $25 per person (+ processing fees) and will raise as the event is closer to being sold out. Tickets purchased online are also subject to credit card processing fees & shipping fees for shipped tickets. All Tickets are non-refundable. All of our events are sold out in advance and ticket prices will raise for all events as the event is closer to being sold out. Prices are subject to change.

    Tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis. We do not have a set date on when tickets will be sold out but All of our events are generall sold out in advance so it's best to purchase tickets ASAP. Once the event is listed as sold out we will not be permitted to sell any more tickets in advance as we have reached the capacity for ticket sales for that event.

    MIDNIGHT CRUISE TICKETS
    E-tickets: You will receive an email with your e-tickets after your purchase, which you can show on your phone or print for admission. Staff will be at the gate as of 11:00pm to scan e-tickets to provide you with boarding passes ahead of boarding time & then boarding guests onto the yacht will begin approx 11:45pm. We recommend arriving before the approx 11:45pm boarding time to have your e-tickets scanned for your boarding passes.

    Yes, Processing Fees will be applied to the total. The fees will appear after you click the Buy Now button on the event webpage. Please advise that it does list **Processing Fees applied in the information below the 'buy now' button.

    YES, ALL of our events are Sold Out in advance. Every guest must have a ticket in advance to board our event. Our events generally sell out weeks in advance and all tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis.

    Outdoor Smoking AreaYes, Smoking Cigarettes is permitted on the outdoor decks only. The top level is outdoors and there are usually outdoor patios on the other levels of the yachts.

    Cruise Route PLEASE ADVISE: This is an estimated route and is absolutely subject to change but every event sails as close to the Statue of Liberty as the Coast Guard will permit. Certain holiday events do not allow for sailing near the Statue of Liberty depending on fireworks or other guidelines as designated by the Coast Guard.
    The yachts for our cruise events generally board at the SkyPort Marina on the East Side of Manhattan, at 23rd Street & FDR Drive. The yachts sail on the East River, to the Statue of Liberty, just around into the Hudson River, and back. Along this route take in New York City's breathtaking skyline, major bridges, iconic landmarks, and parks. The yacht will sail at a slower pace when near the Statue of Liberty in order for guests to take photos with an amazing & iconic background. If you would like to view some of the landmarks we will sail alongside and a map of our cruise route, please visit the Cruise Route page. Once again, this is subject to change & not guaranteed.

    It is highly unlikely, especially with Midnight Cruises as there are less vessels sailing which can cause more waves, though some people are more sensitive. The vessels we use for our Midnight Cruises are very large yachts and operate in the New York Harbor, on the East River and the Hudson River, which are generally very calm bodies of water. You may feel a slight rockiness at the dock and near the lower Manhattan area around Battery Park, where currents come together. If you are prone to motion-sickness it is suggested to bring motion-sickness precautions, such as motion-sickness wristbands, non-dramamine, or ginger candy. It is however uncommon at our events for guests to get seasick.

    If you purchased tickets that include a Reserved Table, your table will be located on the 2nd floor and there will be a reserved sign with the buyer's name on the table.

    Guests who Purchased Tickets with Top Floor Outdoor Level Access will receive a VIP Bracelet to be able to enter the top level of the yacht. We advise guests with this VIP ticket to advise the door staff that they have a VIP Top Level Ticket when they are having their admission tickets scanned so that they can receive the VIP Bracelet.

    Birthday Packages only apply to our Midnight Cruises on select dates and all of our events are 21 & over. After completing the form, a representative will inform you what dates are available closest to the date you would like to celebrate. Birthday packages Only apply to the Midnight Cruises that are sponsored directly by NYPartyCruise. If there is an event featured on our website by a paid sponsor then there will be a mention of that within the event details AND you will be notified immediately of the birthday packages for that specific event once a representative responds to your form request for a birthday package.

    There is only 1 free admission ticket for one birthday person per package. Package #3 allows for one additional free ticket which can be used for a guest or an additional birthday person. We can create the webpage to feature more than 1 birthday person's name & we can add additional birthday names to the cake, however the free admission only applies to one birthday person & within Package #3 an additional guest. As for the free drink ticket for the birthday person offered in Packages #2 & #3, that would normally go to one birthday person but this is negotiable depending on how many birthday people you have within your request & which package you receive.

    Yes, if they reach a package level that provides a reserved table. The only food we would allow guests to bring would be if they decided to bring their own birthday cake or cupcakes. Bottles of Alcohol on cakes are not permitted. No other food is permitted aboard the vessel and you must contact us in advance to let us know if you plan to bring your own cake. Please notify us via email at events@nypartycruise.com if you would like to bring your own cake.

    As most of our guests are attending the event for a birthday celebration, we do NOT offer prompt entrance for any birthday guests or birthday people as it would essentially be the same amount of guests and the same line. All guests including birthday people must wait on the same line. Our lines normally move quickly.

    This is a Dance Cruise, so Reserved Tables DO NOT have seating for entire party at one time, but everyone in your group will have access to your tables all night. If you refer to the information on our Birthday Page you will see the information on the amount of seats per table/per package. As this is a Dance Cruise, we do not offer seats for every guest in a birthday party group at one time, as there would be no room for the dance floors if we had seating for every guest in attendance for the entire event.

    Tables are reserved for birthdays & other VIP Packages and feature the reserved signs with the honoree's name on the tables upon arrival. Any of your birthday guests may sit at your tables, however not every guest will be able to sit at one time. Your guests will have access to all levels and only the VIP Sofa ARea is restricted for the group that reserves that area. The group that reserves the VIP Sofa Area also has access to all levels of the yacht but only their group is permitted within the VIP Sofa Area.

    NO, GUESTS MAY NOT BRING THEIR OWN DJ to our open-to-the-public midnight cruises. We have professional DJs on staff for our events. DJ's will be provided a list of all birthday names before the event to use for birthday shout outs so you and your guests will not need to request the birthday shout outs.

    Do Not purchase the birthday person's ticket.
    You do NOT need to immediately purchase the birthday person's ticket as you will receive a free ticket for the birthday person IF you have at least 15 purchased tickets purchased through your personalized webpage before the final package deadline. If you do not reach this minimum amount by the time the event is listed as sold out OR by 12pm the day before the event on the final package deadline, then you will be emailed a link to purchase the birthday person's ticket at the starting price. This is only available for the birthday person, not other guests. We have the birthday person's ticket on hold to either be sent to you as a free ticket or to send you a link to purchase the ticket, depending on if you receive a package.

    The representative who contacts you to set up your birthday package will keep in touch with you via email and send you updates on your list of sales along the way. Updates are emailed once to twice a week on designated days with an updated list of who has purchased tickets through your webpage to help you keep track of guests. If you do not receive an email for awhile, it may be due to no updates on your list. You may email us at events@nypartycruise.com if you would like to follow up on who has purchased but again we do send updates once to twice a week. If you initially contact us via Facebook, please provide all list updates and other updates on information will only be provided via the birthday reservation email where we email you your personalized birthday webpage link.

    Birthday people may bring some decorations and balloons to decorate their tables. We recommend that you arrive early so that you are towards the front of the line so that you will be able to decorate your table before the vessel gets too crowded. We will not board guests before boarding time to set up so it's best to arrive early to be in the front of the line. We ask that you contact us via email if you are bringing any specific decorations other than balloons so that we can advise if it will be acceptable. Decorations must be approved in advance so again, please email us at events@nypartycruise.com if you are looking to bring decorations.


    Prime dates such as holidays & summer weekends often go very quickly so it is best to inquire early (as soon as you have a date confirmed for your event). A non-refundable deposit which is normally 50% is required to secure your charter date.

    A non-refundable deposit is required to officially hold the reservation and the balance must be provided before the day of the event. We ask that you review the pricing information and details for the packages and vessels first, then contact us to schedule an appointment to come view the vessel and make payment/deposit arrangements. A reservation will not be confirmed until you come in to view the vessel and make payment/deposit arrangements.

    Each vessel has their own minimum capacity. This means that you must pay for at least the amount of minimum guests required, whether or not you have that many guests. The minimum capacities for each vessel are listed within the vessel details on the

    You may bring your own DJ for Private Cruise events but they will need to bring their own turntables, mixer, & XLR cables. All sound as far as speakers are already provided on the vessels. You also have the option to have the vessel supply the DJ for an additional $300 and they will have all the necessary equipment.

    In addition to the prices with the packages, 8.875& Tax will be applied & credit card processing fees should you pay via credit card. These amounts are subject to change.

    Our events will occur whether rain or shine. In the rare event that the Coast Guard prohibits cruising because of extremely severe weather, we will contact you with the exchange date for the event, there are no refunds. There are no refunds should the party continue to take place on the yacht while remaining at the dock due to severe wind conditions if so designated by the captain, management, or Coast Guard.

    HARMONY YACHT: We will begin boarding approximately at 9:00pm. This time is subject to change as we may start boarding guests slightly before or after 9:00pm, however we ask that guests arrive no later than 8:30pm so they will not miss the cruise. Guests that arrive late and miss the event will not receive a refund. The cruise will return at approximately 1:00am. Boarding and Return times are approximate and are subject to change.

    The Dress Code is to wear your New Year's Eve Trendiest / Dressy Casual
    It's more of a comfortable dress code as if you were going for a night out on the town dancing. A suit & tie or a dress are not required, but we do ask that our guests dress to impress. Most guests wear nice slacks or neat jeans and some wear suits & dresses, but again it's definitely more of a comfortable dressy casual dress code. This is not a black-tie type of event. Ladies normally wear heels, but they may want to bring flats as well so that they are comfortable when dancing.

    All guests must be at least 21 years old and provide valid photo ID with a photo & date of birth. Security have the final word on whether or not an ID is valid. All guests without ID or proper ID will be asked to step off the line and will not receive a refund.

    We play a variety of music including mainstream, house, top 40, hip-hop, latin, dance, and more.

    NO, The New Year's Eve Cruise is NOT a sit-down dinner cruise. Seating is available on a first come, first serves basis, but not guaranteed, unless you have purchased tickets that include seating! Food may not be included for the event; check event page details for info on buffet.

    Guests will be able to see the New Year's Eve Fireworks that take place near the Statue of Liberty. Please advise that the fireworks are not provided by the cruise company or any promotional companies involved with this cruise event and should the fireworks show be canceled due to weather conditions, there are no refunds or any partial refunds. We will sail as close to the Statue of Liberty as the Coast Guard allows us to sail.
